Works almost as well as the original Bluetooth model. Button presses seem to be more immediate in that they may send the command for a double press when meaning to send a triple press. The different colors are nice but not really sure on the meaning of the different ones. I liked the older model just fine as it was cheaper. I bought them to just be bluetooth as I spent $$ to put multiple bluetooth proxies throughout the house to support them and I didn't need more Zigbee end devices. I have had my other 2 BT only remotes for some time and they still report 100% battery life so at least the battery life is nice and long. Hopefully the Zigbee radio addition doesn't pull the battery life down.
