Try Saffron – 12 Large Corms

I ordered a dozen and got a spare! So 13 in total! 12 were very good size and one was a bit scrawny, but we will see! I just planted them, so will withhold more judgement for next year! So far I am very pleased!

We are in zone 5b, and had the first nip of a cold snap last night. So when the package of corms arrived this morning, right into the bed they went, a blazing 90 degrees today with rain expected. I expect things will percolate in no time at all. BTW the corms are much more robust than in previous years! Do you suppose it will make any difference?

The crops were a nice size & appear to be healthy. I will be planting them according to the instructions and expectantly wait for them to bloom. I appreciate dealing with USA businesses. The wait is not as long and great customer service. Thank you.
