Overall very pleased with the product

Love the actual pot and lid. Lightweight but still feels sturdy. I have only used it for rice so far but it is amazing. Rice comes right off, no scrapping and no sticking to the pot. Rice is fluffy and cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to try out all the features

sleek design great customer service. I really like this product maybe consider buying more pieces since mine are ancient.

I love this cooker so far!

I love this cooker so far. I burned my first meal, but it was mostly my own fault; however, the high temp on this thing is hotter than most so keep an eye on it. Basically, it's a learning curve. This cooker is non-stick and very easy to clean. The downsides: it makes a clicking noise every few seconds. For someone like me with misophonia, it's very annoying. What is doing is turning on and Off I think? Also, when I sautéed in it, it kept doing that, cooking and then turning itself down. I thought I accidentally turned it off cause it was sizzling away and then just stopped. It did the job good enough though. That is all I know for now. I haven't tried the other features yet.
