I was a little unsure at first, having a rather complex prescription which requires the lenses to be thinned because of the weight, but I took the chance and placed an order. I was very surprised at how quickly my order was processed and delivered within 2 weeks even though I was advised there had been a quality issue and my specs had to be re made. When I received my order, the specs were so well packed, it was like a one person game of "pass the parcel" to get the packaging opened. When I tried the specs on, I found them to fit firmly thanks to the spring mechanism on the temples and soon accustomed my vision to them as I am used to varifocals. With this being a complex prescription, I have always had to pay a higher price, so I was happily surprised when billed for £162 considering my regular optician would have charged almost £700 as was the case with my last pair.
