Great beginner hojicha

I wanna start off by saying that your hojicha is absolutely amazing. i think its quite mild in flavor so suitable for beginners and people who want a casual sweet drink. personally i prefer a more toasty roasty hojicha:)

Pretty good, a little too Smokey for me. But that’s personal preference
