Korean Beef

Hello! I was excited about the concept but was unfortunately very disappointed. I pressure cooked the meal per instructions and found the meat to be chewy. Flavor was decent. Plus, for something that was $37 with shipping, that serves 4-6 but looked so tiny in a ziploc, it was more serving myself and 2 kids - and I portion control. I think if there was an option to pick up locally to cut down on the huge box with the ice blocks, it might be more feasible for many, but not for me.
