I’m now a Garmin convert/believer
As an avid runner, I was getting frustrated with battery life of my Apple watch so I traded up for my first Garmin. Days and days of battery life even with GPS tracking and streaming music. Additionally, accessing as well as navigating data metrics while on a run is far superior to that of anything that Nike run club or Strava has for the Apple Watch. And the amount of detail and types of information garmin can give you is pretty deep. I went with a VIVO active because I still want touchscreen capability as opposed to just side buttons, like the traditional Garmins have. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it and I’m a Garmin convert.
Lastly, though the Garmin doesn’t really play nice with transferring music from an Apple Music library if you have Spotify or any other services Garmin supports, downloading music is a breeze as it happens over Wi-Fi as opposed to Bluetooth with the Apple Watch
