Love BB and love the soap itself but it’s just exceedingly frustrating that every time it comes the bottles are beat up and have leaked all over the place. Even the replacement order they sent to try and make the first one right..
it’s unfortunate. I do absolutely love the soap, but I hesitate on ordering for this reason.
