This reel is everything you’d want it to be. It’s lightweight, sturdy, smooth action and excellent retrieval. It’s been through the drink plenty of times and keeps on kicking. Heckuva reel for the price tag too. Excellent company to do business with, call and talk to a real person is big in my book.

Osprey v2 pro the only reel you ever need

I’ve been using these reels the last 3 seasons in South Louisiana putting them in the hands of customers 200 plus days a year, they handle the salty elements day in and day out from speckled trout, to redfish in the 25lb range with the 2500-3000 reel size is all we use, great products and even better customer service.

So far I am very happy with this reel. I wish that it had a little higher gear ratio. That would make it even better.
