FID Bench Press Shoulder Press Machine V8

Could not be happier with this purchase. Besides incline, flat, decline and shoulder presses Ive am using it for heavy shrugs and one arm side rows! Very solid build! If there is a V9 some type of pre-stretch assistance would be huge to start out the movement.

Very sturdy and tough to build with one person, but doable. It was my first workout, lol. The moveable weight rack is pretty kewl, amd allows you to get a back and shoulder workout with the adjustable bench. Solid steel and good quality. All you have to do is buy the weights👍

Great piece of equipment. Overall very happy. Only small criticism is the handles are a little Too close together and if you swing handle to the outside of the support it is too wide. First world problems I guess
