Defective hat replaced promptly. Great service!

The hat we ordered was not sewn well. The hat sizer came off almost immediately. We contacted Hondo Hat Co and they replaced it promptly. This is a great company. They do what they promise.

Great-quality hat that’ll fit right into my rotation. The crown isn’t quite as deep as I prefer, but the overall quality and versatile colorway make it an easy 5-star rating. It pairs well with just about any outfit.
