Love this product, However one stone came out! But customer service was reallyyy great and is fixin a replacement :)

There was a small problem with the shipping, but they resolved it immediately after I emailed them to find out where the package was. The package arrived a few days late, but with their speed in resolving the issue, it was a great experience. The bracelet is very beautiful, and I would buy from them again.
