Pureveen™ Thyroid Balance

After seversl months it just wasnt doing anything for me. Thats not why i gave 1 star its becsuse i asked them for 2 months to cancel my subscription and each time they told me it was to late it had slreafy been shipped and why mot just put it on pause for 6-8 weeks. I ssid no just cancel it. Finally they did but it was a very big hassle just to get it cancelled.

Customer service is unethical. I cancelled my order and subscription within the 12-hour period (actually 6 hours) and they sent an email wanting to know why I didn’t like the product. Then they sent an email claiming they couldn’t find me in the system, although I gave the order number and subscription number; but they sent the product anyway and charged my credit card. Also, it was not supposed to be $147.00, but $89.00.

This product did not work for me. I have emailed the support # somewhere close to 20 times and they are completely ignoring my request to cancel future orders within the subscription. The customer service has been terrible. I’m very disappointed and recommend not purchasing this product or anything from this company.
