Great size; soft and absorbent. Prior towel was a standard gym rag of sorts which felt like it was exfoliating layers of skin off my face every time I used it so I wound up often just using my shirt. Soft, large, and feels great

Excellent Towel, Frustrating Buying Experience The sweat towel is excellent. It's soft, absorbent, and works great during long pickleball sessions. The quality definitely met my expectations. Unfortunately, I had the same experience with shipping and customer service as my other order. Delivery took several weeks, and my emails went unanswered. I only received a response after reaching out through Instagram, which finally got my order moving. The product itself is great, but the customer service and shipping process need significant improvement. If FORWRD can fix those issues, they'd have an easy 5-star experience.
