The Wall Mount

Really nicely made, however I have 2 concerns: 1. It doesn’t take into consideration the sharp aluminum edge. It dug into the top sheet after a few hours and there’s a noticeable line on the top sheet’s clear coat. Taped the edge over and it works better now but I’d really wish this was taken care of at the design phase not something I have to worry about as a user. The stars are for the quality and feel of the aluminum. Please consider adding rubber pads at the point of contact. 2. The fit is really tight, there is only a couple of millimeters of clearance on either side. This makes putting skis on a bit difficult. I don’t want to have to carefully line up my skis with the mount every time I’m done skiing. I wish there was a tiny bit more clearance or have the mount adjustable/two-piece that slides together so it adjusts to the thickness of skis. I want to be able to roughly line it up and mount my skis with one hand, not perform heart surgery every time I return from the mountain.
