I love their products. It was kind of funny I was in the market for new electrolytes and saw these that included so much vitamins and a a running hat as a gift. No brainer. Since trying their products, I will be honest they are very strong and earthy tasting, BUT it is totally bare-able. Especially the recovery and hydration that you get while working out or moving, is just enough of a reason for me to come back. I used to drink endless amounts of water at the gym and then feel like a water balloon.
