Not as reliable as you'd hope

I love Flair products, but this isn't one of their best by any means. After having one for a few months, the belt snapped on it and I needed it replaced, so in the meantime I bought an extra one just in case that happened again. I let the extra one sit on the shelf for a few months, and when I went to use it, it started smoking and smelling like burnt plastic. Giving 3 stars instead of lower because customer service was very helpful.
