K&C - Personalized Knitted Backpack

Horrible company, rude correspondence and cares nothing for customer satisfaction. From the moment I informed them that what I ordered was not was expected per the picture online, every email I received was rude and constantly informing me that I made the mistake and not them. They often referred to the wrong backpack from my order and it’s sad to know that they care so little about business that they don’t prioritize customers satisfaction. Will avoid this company at all costs in the future. Will be sure to let other moms know to use another vendor for similar products in the future.

love this backpack. it's great quality and my daughter is obsessed. it fits her lunch and snack boxes (like a kids binto box size) and a 3" three-ring binder. it's probably not for kids who are using bigger books.

Absolutely in love with this personalised backpack - the detailing on the bag makes it looks even better in person. The backpack itself looked smaller in photos, but the space inside is huge and the little pockets on the side also come in handy. The only disadvantage for me was the delivery time but other than that, perfect and would recommend
