I ordered a size 8 on their facebook page. I received a 38/39 this was on the bottom of the clogs. US size 8 is a EU 39 so I was confused. That’s when I started seeing all the bad reviews. They were to small I thought I had done my money. A couple of weeks later I came across this letter someone had posted. I contacted customer service right away. Because I didn’t order the wrong size they sent the wrong size and this is a letter of them admitting that they are completely wrong and at fault. USE THIS LETTER TO GET YOUR CORRECT SIZE. I have been replaced with the correct size. I don’t have to return the small ones but they asked me to donate them to any charity I like which I am happy to do. Even the size in the review is wrong They have a W/8 M/7 should be w/8 M/6.
