Silk Peptide EGF Toner

This company is a scam. The product actually from China. According to the label with no ingredients whatsoever, you really don’t know what you’re getting. I’ve emailed the company no response. I’m trying to get in touch with him to make sure I don’t have a membership or subscription because I was charged again for another bottle. Insane why am I dealing with this? Why is Shop not involved? Be careful these products are being hijacked “Korean products”

the product the came was not what i ordered or the amount. the ingredients in the advertised product are what i order and thats not whats in the product that was delivered. i would like my money refunded or the 2 bottles if the product i ordered to be delivered. i will be submiting a report to the BBB if promt action is not taken.

What i ordered was the buy 1 get 1 free silk peptide EGF intense toner as advertised. what I received, from China i might add was 3 Oz bottles that had a different label without the EGF and the ingredients listed only 4 or 5, none of the ones listed in the ad. I wrote them to their email and have heard no response. and yes I made sure to use their official site and used PayPal at checkout. so my next step will be contacting them to see if they will help.
