Still waiting for change

I have consistently used the powder every day for almost 3 months and do not see any difference. I’m going to give it at least six months before I give up - still trying to hold onto the hope that it will work. I’m going to switch from powder to capsules because I think with the powder it’s hard to tell if you’re getting a whole dose because some of it flies into the air or gets stuck in the cup and then I have to use more water to get what is stuck out of the cup. Maybe I am diluting it too much…
