Love them! They are as comfortable as all the other sneex- and look fantastic- these will be my go to boots this season

These boots are difficult to pull off my yourself and does not fit around the ankle. I returned them. Having a zipper would have make these boot more practical. Additionally, the carrier that delivered the boots dropped them to the wrong address and this is not the first time. I fact on both occasions they were delivered on a Sunday.

My feet keep sliding forward in these shoes. I cannot find a way to send them back- I love my Icons and I have tired to buy others but my feel keep sliding forward it seems the manufacturing has changed in other styles.
