I really don't know. Haven't seen any big changes yet even though I have been taking it for a few months now. My sleep score is only fair consistently in the 60's and early 70's at best so I can't really comment yet on it but I do intend to keep using it for a while as Una and Daniel were very convincing having watched them speak about it with Lisa McGowan.
