I bought this for my teenage daughter who struggles with anxiety and needs something to fiddle with when she’s worried. As she was starting a new school I thought this would help, and it really has. It’s very simple and inconspicuous which is important to her as someone who is easily embarrassed, but there’s enough movement and…fiddlyness…that it gives her what she needs from it.
