I have been taking the Calcium Complex once in and morning and evening for the last month. My evening dose helps me wind down and sleep better. I like the product and will continue purchasing. Time will tell if it helps improve the results of my next bone scan.

Great product
I recently had thyroid surgery and have been taking this calcium. It is a great product. I have been very pleased with all of the ingredients in one capsule.
