It worked for one day, then quit working. I was on the phone with tech support, waiting almost 40 minutes to talk to them, and now I have to wait until Monday to get the firmware. Let's hope it works; otherwise, this device is going back! I had a black model, then was told it had obsolete software. I got a gray one, and now this.
