TIDAL Hydrate and Hydrate Core

I was afraid to try this because other products like this have left me disappointed. This one came highly recommended though, and I can see why. I love it! The strawberry/lemon flavor does not taste artificial at all, and it mixes extremely well into the water. There's no leftover grit floating around. It goes down very smooth too. I will purchase again!

Good Hydration Tool

Been using 1/3 dosage, 3 times per day. On workout days, I find it works best for me when taken 20 minutes prior to training, and immediately after training. Always with 8 - 12 oz of water.

Great hydration tool

Love these electrolytes because they contain the Baja gold salt. They really work for hydration.
