Awesome lifting shoe
Big fan of these for lifting and some low-volume plyo stuff, but coming from the Strike MVMNTs these are pretty bulky and heavy, and definitely run bigger. Not ideal for running or higher volume jumping due to the weight. Feel great though, have a few pairs
