My daily brew

This is my go to for my daily cappuccino in the morning and occasional americano in the afternoon. It’s a big part of my morning ritual to get me off on the right foot before I have to drink whatever comes out of the machine at the office. I want to try other options from Sightglass but this one checks all the boxes and I stick with it for my usual 5 lb delivery. Big fan!

Always Outstanding

After exploring espresso beans from top roasters around the country for many months, I now alternate about 5 that have become my favorites. Sightglass Owl's Howl (and Crown Point) will always be in my rotation. The flavor profile is perfect. A slightly darker medium roast with outstanding dark chocolate notes complimented by hints of orange citrus. The shots are always balanced and can be enjoyed alone or as the perfect pairing to milk based drinks. If you enjoy espresso, I can't imagine finding something not to like with these beans. As an added plus, Sightglass fills orders quickly and the beans are always incredibly fresh.

Prrfect

I’ve been using Owl’s Howl Espresso in my Fellow Espresso Series 1, and I’ve been seriously impressed. The shots have pulled perfectly every single time—great consistency, excellent extraction, and a really enjoyable flavor profile. It’s one of those coffees that makes dialing in feel almost effortless. Whether I’m making a straight espresso, an Americano, or a milk drink, it performs beautifully. Owl’s Howl has definitely earned a permanent spot in my coffee rotation. Highly recommend! It’s too fruity for some in the house but it’s still milk perfect
