Seems to work well. I was looking for an alternative to the standard OTC fiber. This sounded natural and had good reviews. It definitely helped my husband's digestive tract come back to normal function.

Tasteless and easy

This is truly tasteless. My cousin (a GI doc) and her colleagues all use it, so I tried it. It makes the drink a little more viscous but I put it in my coffee in the morning and can barely tell the difference - and honestly, that’s probably mostly in my head! Highly recommend.
