Heirloom Bloom

Sent the wrong size bottoms and will not fix it. I measured just like they asked for and sent pictures and they acknowledge the bottoms are not the size that I ordered. But they still will not handle this properly. They expect me to pay for expensive shipping to Germany for something that they made a mistake on. No reimbursement. Completely unacceptable.

They are really good quality. They are made from real muslin fabric, 100% cotton, and are super soft. Yes, the sizing could be better, people need to size up by at least two sizes for a comfortable fit. And if you wash them properly by following the instructions, they do not shrink at all. Hand washing at 30 degrees does nothing to them. I don’t know why people are complaining about shrinkage.

Since me the wrong size bottoms and now they want me to pay to ship them back. Incredibly bad company. They even admitted that the bottoms are not the right size but they still insist that it's not on them to pay for shipping.
