Electrolytes

Electrolytes, gels and CoreCtle are all fantastic and making a massive difference in my training for Everesting (one ride, 8 repeats of Mt Etna until more than 8848m of elevation is gained). My race day fuelling is 32-40 gels and 16 Electrolytes, plus CoreCtrl as the temperature will be mid to high 20'sC

Have been competing ar European Cross Triathlon championships in Banyoles in 34 degs heat. Took the electrolytes before and during the event which helped keep me properly hydrated and helped me post my best GBR age group result to date

Subtle flavour for ease of consumption. Great impact on tough training and racing.
