CoreCtrl – Cooling System™

I'm currently experimenting with CoreCtrl having recently introduced it to my heat training, so early days of using CoreCtlt but so far the results are very encouraging. The main reason for experimenting with CoreCtrl is for the Everesting World Championships on Mt Etna in September where temperatures will be mid to high-twenties.

I used the CoreCtrl specifically to target an indoor cycling race which was taking place during a heatwave. I felt much more in control than in previous hot races. The sachets were easy to take and my HR on the bike was much lower than I've previously seen in hot conditions. I'll be buying again!

It works! Battle tested at 36 deg in the European Aquabike Championships and in days leading up to it.
