This is green tea as dried leaf rather than brewed cup: fresh, aromatic and green, with a hay-like herbal character, an oily, woody body and a faint seaweed nuance at the edges. The leaves come from China, oven-warmed straight after picking, and the extract smells more matcha tin than teahouse.

Great green tea / matcha top note
True to its name, a very good matcha / green tea heart note. It's very delicate, you can probably use up to 5% in your compositions without overwhelming other materials.
