If I could give a negative star I would. This vendor put in tiny font that all customs charges are on the BUYER when the cost of doing business should be on the seller. We received a bill via UPS for over double what the hat cost (import fees) and when we refused to pay the charge to UPS (they had no consent to accept any charges on our behalf) we refused the package and it was sent back to Canada. It all feels very predatory.
We have no hat and no refund. Vulgus stands firm they will continue to do business this way. We will take our business elsewhere and so will our friends in the ski community.
