Statik® 360 Pro

Great design but tip broke after a few weeks use. Usb c no longer works and broke off in phone with potential for major phone damage for an unluckier user. Support responded to initial request then ignored with no reply after repeated attempts over 10 business days. Two stars only because the other tips and main wire are still intact.

WARNING: This cable has an embedded LED that is so bright that it cannot be used as a bedside charger unless you don't mind your whole room being lit up with a purple light that you can't turn off. It is EXCESSIVELY bright! A gentle glow would have been sufficient to make the cable able to be found in a dark room, so I do not know why they chose to put an LED this bright in it. And with no way to dim it? Come on...

This product quite literally does not do what it is supposed to do. It does not charge my iPhone 12 at all. It fits in all the appropriate ways but does not charge. Not impressed with the magnet on it either. Comes off WAY too easily. Will not buy another pro. I have two other Statik 360’s that work well, but not this one. Very frustrated considering what I paid for this charger. Do better Statik!!
