Quick Start Guide

Product did not work for me and it was really looking forward to try it. I got a very bad haircut and I couldn’t not get close enough to my scalp to give us some curl could not use curling iron. I kept burning myself and then I got your product and it didn’t work and I told customer service about it and they did nothing. So I leave it with a big fat F. You know customer service does a long way. And I’m gonna take mine and put it in the Goodwill.!

The code had already expired. If you are going to send free user guide it should at least be active when you get it. I understand having a30 day expiration on it but to receive it already expired is ridiculous. Just don’t send that at all.

Quick start guide doesn’t provide an answer or refund for an unacceptable product and for zero customer service. Such a scam.
