Safe Passage

Lack of communication after purchase as to when product would be arriving. The tracker was very inaccurate. I also needed to find how I stopped the subscription to safe passage. I did not even realize that I bought it. I’m not sure I would deal with them again. I’m not sure that I will purchase anything from a Facebook ad again. This is two times in a row where the seller was slow to respond after purchase and did not give accurate information. I did get the product, however it was promised on September 17 and I believe I got it on September 23

This falls apart on a first use. 5 calls to the company,no answer. 3 emails,no response. Plus never ask for submission,was added 2 without my consent.Trying to get thought to take me off.So far no response. Stay away from this vendor.

Horrible customer service. Won’t stop repeated charges when asked to stop. Horrible company!
