Aria - 8cm (3")

I received the shoes last October 16 and I was disappointed. The stitching is not neatly finished, with some loose threads. The reflective flag tag at the back of the left shoe is also misaligned compared to the right shoe. Additionally, the fit is very uncomfortable, as I can feel a bumpy area pressing against my little toe. Due to these quality and comfort issues, I would like to return the shoes and request a full refund.
