My wife loves decaf espresso on Sunday mornings. We tried grinding our own-- didn't work. Weavers asked the preparation approach and prepared the ground product for that device and preparation. Result -- spot-on

Sometimes….”It’s” right in front of you….

Hi. All of us are asked to write reviews about all sorts of things we purchase. Every once in a while, there’s a product or service that inspires us to share. Weaver’s Coffee is that for me. I’m an avid coffee drinker. I can’t say that I’m an expert, but I greatly appreciate great flavor, and consistent product. I am totally captivated, if not in love with a number of the Weaver’s roasts: Espresso, Sumatra, Legacy. In fact, the coffee is so good, that when I pull a shot at home, and I’m by myself, when I take a sip, I actually say out loud, “F” that’s good! I’m simply delighted to have found this roaster. I know they ship, and it’s not too expensive. As I purchase a few pounds at a time, and don’t want them to age too quickly, I offload my beans into vacuum pack bags. The kind of machine that you would find at Costco with rolls of bags. After each brewing, I reseal. This allows me to keep the coffee fresh and useable in the espresso machine for a long time. By the way…the machine is a Rocket Appartamento, which I also adore. I hope you have the opportunity to try this most excellent coffee. Cheers. David
