Too much talking. As a certified yoga teacher for 26 yrs, the program was not very useful until the last few days.

No use whatsoever as the stick I received was faulty. It was also very difficult to work out how to watch the programme. Do not buy from this company

Why can i not just download the program and do it my own discretion and pace?
Same old point everything has to be controlled by someone, i do many different types of training and just mix it up.
