Jana® Mold Clearance Support

Terrible customer service, I never received the package and I never received the gift card. They had to resend it, and it took 6/7 weeks. It is not organic as stated, false advertising. Their tracking is a scam too, you can't access it or call the company live. They claim on the website it comes from Wyoming, however, mine said New Jersey, but if you return it, it has to go to China. I would never have ordered anything from China not knowing the product as it was new to me.

STILL HAVE NOT received my package! Been about 2 weeks and will never order again from this company. Beware they tell me that two weeks is the norm for waiting for a package. Unacceptable!! Never again!

It would not ket me cancel adter the one .
