Samples - Acoustic Slatted Wall Panels

Sample arrived later than stated 6 working days after order. Only 3 samples arrived out of 4 ordered. No numbers on samples so we couldn't workout what exactly was what colour wise. Samples were in cardboard box Only and it had rained on the delivery day and all 3 samples were wet through on the felt. Should had come in a internal plastic bag, this is the UK and it rains a lot.

Samples took 5 days to deliver, one of the samples only had 1 staple in it , so looked like it was about to fall off which made me wonder how the real panels would arrive. In general cheap price but cheap looking product too, you get what you pay for. I did ring to discuss their premium range and would have been prepared to purchase but they dont offer samples in the 3 sided premium range.

I'm only giving a 1 star review as my items haven't arrived yet !!! Ordered on the 18th Oct and we're now on the 26th Oct with no sign of them being delivered. It was due to be delivered today, however as it's now getting close to 6pm, I'm pretty sure the driver has just given up and gone home by now. However, I'd expect nothing less from Evri !!! If it gets delivered before the end of the year, I'd consider that a plus.
