Wring size received. When I notified the company, requested correct size, they offered half refund and I could keep shoes. I requested full refund and offered to pay shipping to have shoes sent back. They stated their company would lose money, best they could do was half refund and so keep shoes. What I am going to do with shoes that are too small? Horrible experience.

I was sent the wrong size (I ordered US 11 and got 9 1/2) and the communication with the company has not been good. (Not sure I am communicating with a real person). Still trying to get the right size or a refund.

The sneakers are not true to size. I own 60 + pair of sneakers all are size 7. I ordered these sneakers in a 7 they are about a half size too small, they are not true to size. This company would only refund 50% of thr $111.00 I paid. They would not allow an exchange for half size bigger.
