Organic Latex Mattress

Excellent customer service

Cheri who took care of my online order made sure the mattress arrived right on time of my move into my new apartment. Consumer Reports highly recommended their organic latex mattress for someone my size. So far it’s been a very comfortable sleeping experience.

Overall, very good

We still need a little time to get used to the new mattress and may try to switch out the middle layer for the top.....everything was as described except that the layers have holes that go the whole way through. Very easy to put together after watching the helpful video on your site.

No thanks

Terrible process for getting a refund - read the fine print! The latex layers don’t even fill the cover. Also. The cover has no handles so moving the mattress is impossible. Just an awful experience.
