Bamboo Duvet Cover

Piece came broken no response from company

Hi I sent an email out day after I received my order. The snap on the duvet was broken so it wouldn’t attach properly to the insert. The sheets are comfortable but there is some piling on the bottom from feet I assume. They are very soft and duvet is comfortable.
