Creatine Monohydrate

I’ve never used creatine before and it’s been a good experience. I feel better in the gym and my recovery is a bit better. And the white cherry flavor is delicious!

I love this creatine so much! The flavor is perfect (I buy both the blue raspberry and cherry limeade ones). Highly recommend!!! It does have a bit hard of a time dissolving into water but honestly I haven't found one that can do that well.

I love the convenience of having it in a small package to travel with me everywhere. I just wish they made different flavors with the travel package. But overall i love it.
