LightMax SuperCharged LED 2.0 Mask

The instructions say to do a test on your arm. Four hours in, I wound up with a red, raised, screaming angry rash. I was told that I could not return the mask, even though I cannot use it on my face after having this test. After four days, they finally responded to me and told me to absolutely not use the mask, then wrote back two hours later and said I can't return it. Not sure what to do here, but this is horrible customer service.
