Tiny Explorings™ Winter Edition

The shoes slip off the heels of my son despite his foot being almost the same size as the shoe (I didn't go up a size, it's not due to the shoe being too large.) I was supposed to get insoles for the shoes with my order of 10 pairs of shoes which I had hoped would help solve that issue, but didn't receive a single pair of insoles. The deal package is literally designed to get you to buy more shoes for the perks that the company didn't follow through with delivery. I did contact customer service about it, but never got a response.

Cute but feel nice as good quality as the first order. Took forever to get here.
