Original Sling Shot®

Back to flat bench press!

Former 600 plus bencer but suffered left bicep tear from deadlifting. Started back flat bench with 135 and have already moved up to reps with 315. Sling Shot provides support and stability and helps maintain optimal range of motion.

Just OK so far

I am being completely honest. I've looked forward to using this for about 10 years, and when I first tried it, it felt very strange and counterproductive. I think that they will probably take practice to use, but I had much better luck with the sleeves and wraps right off the bat. I'm not giving up on the sling shot yet, but so far they don't seem like they are for me. I will probably need to spend more work with lighter weights just to get used to the feel. YMMV

Great product ! Great quality! I’m 40 been lifting 20 years and no shoulder issues I firmly believe using this product since 2016 and kept my shoulders healthy I only use these on my last 2 sets when fatigue sets in.
